I booked it. A couple of hours later, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp. We agreed on the pickup time, location, and destination. A minibus picked me up from the hotel and took me to another hotel. The ride itself was comfortable, as the bus had captain's chairs! When planning your trip, keep in mind that the bus may not arrive on time, as it picks up passengers from various hotels along the way.

Bus going to sapa from the airport. There has a delay time during my trip, almost 1hr, but the operator is kind enough to update me every now and then

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.

Third party propose G8 as HK were fully booked, nonetheless still made it to Hanoi not on HK. G8 limousine almost brand new. No complains


