How It Works:

1. Take the Boundary Island sightseeing cruise to the Boundary Island attraction.

2. Meet with the instructor at the island reception point, confirm your assigned snorkeling guide, arrange for changing rooms, and receive the necessary equipment for free snorkeling.

4. The snorkeling coach at the reception point provides detailed guidance on snorkeling theory and basic safety operation techniques, with training content as follows:

① After putting on the diving mask, breathe in and out through your mouth to avoid choking if water enters the mask and you inhale through your nose.

②To clear water from the diving mask, first bite the snorkel with your mouth, inhale through your mouth, slightly lift your head, then exhale through your nose to expel the water from the mask. (Children aged 6-8 can opt for a full-face diving mask designed for kids.)

③ If water enters the snorkel, take small, slow breaths while keeping your mouth on the mouthpiece to fill your lungs, or forcefully exhale any remaining air in your mouth to blow the water out of the snorkel.

④ Snorkeling uses a floatation device, which can stay afloat on the water's surface and has handles for holding while floating.

5. The guide and practical training for free snorkeling fin usage are as follows:

① Rest your face on the water's surface, gradually relax your body flat, let both legs naturally loosen with toes pointed, and swing your thighs up and down to drive the calves. The propulsion from the fins will help you swim forward. Breathe through the snorkel with your mouth while keeping your face downward, allowing you to observe and swim alongside underwater marine life.

②When snorkeling, you are in a prone position on the water's surface. To stand upright, lift your head while engaging your core and back muscles to shift your center of gravity backward. Keep your body straight, legs vertical, and point your toes while kicking back and forth to maintain an upright position without sinking.

③ When snorkeling, stay close to the instructor and follow their guidance on the snorkeling route. Head to areas with abundant coral and fish for photography. During photos, listen to the instructor's directions—face the camera and strike your favorite pose.

6. After completing the training at Boundary Island's reception area, proceed to the Stingray Snorkeling Bay. With the guidance of a coach, prepare for snorkeling and begin the professional "Devil Ray" free snorkeling activity at Boundary Island (recommended snorkeling duration is approximately 60 min). Enjoy unlimited free snorkeling during this departure time slot.

7. Includes free snorkeling + snorkeling mask (children aged 6-8 can opt for a full-face diving mask) + wetsuit (the wetsuit has built-in buoyancy)

Project Participation Guidelines

1. Send your full name, ID number, and phone number to our customer support assistant one day in advance or on the same day. Our team will contact you beforehand to confirm activity details and select a departure time slot, and arrange your Boundary Island attraction boat ticket in advance.

2. Navigate to Parking Lot 1 next to the attraction ticket office, which is closest to the ticket gate - Address location: Boundary Island Scenic Area Pier

3. Multiple ticketing verification methods are available, including facial recognition, ID card, or electronic QR code. After verification and boarding, the boat ride takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the destination.

-Attraction departure times: 8:30-17:30 (round-trip departures)

-Evening island departure time slots: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 22:00

-Late Island Departure Time Slots: 18:30, 19:30, 20:30, 22:40

-If the evening ferry is canceled due to weather or sea conditions, the latest boarding time is 17:30 and the latest departure time from the island is 18:00.

There are 2-3 boats between 8:00-8:30 AM that transport staff to the island, which passengers can also board. Please plan your island trip accordingly.

-Boat ride takes 10-15 min to reach the island.

4. After arriving on the island, the dive shop is located on the second floor of the Dicos (visitors center) on the right side. Check in by providing your name upon arrival.

It primarily offers: professional snorkeling workshop experiences, DSD diving workshop experiences, freediving workshop experiences, FD certified diving, freediving course training (certification levels available: one-star, two-star), and scuba diving course training (certification levels available: OW Open Water Diver, AOW Advanced Open Water Diver, EFR Emergency First Response, Rescue Diver, DM Divemaster, Staff Instructor, IDC Instructor Development Course, and various specialty courses).
