[Premium small group tour of around 20 people & door-to-door pickup] 1-day tour to Yungang Grottoes, Xuankong Temple, and Ying County Wooden Pagoda

1. The basic package does not include attraction admission tickets or lunch; it only covers round-trip transportation and guide service. Suitable for visitors aged 60 and above with free admission IDs (Police Officer Certificate, Veteran Certificate, Disability Certificate, Press Card, etc.), or children under 6 years old or shorter than 1.2 meters.

2. [Reminder] The attraction requires ID card scanning for entry. Admission tickets to the Yungang Grottoes must be reserved in advance as same-day reservations are not available. Please plan your trip accordingly.

3. The guide will contact you via message or phone between approximately 6:30pm and 9:30pm the night before your trip to confirm the meeting point, time, and other details. Please be sure to respond to the guide's message. If the guide does not contact you during this time, please promptly contact our customer support to avoid any delays in your itinerary!

4. For all packages that include admission tickets, if online ticket reservations are unavailable, the guide will purchase tickets on-site at the attraction. In the event of a temporary suspension of ticket sales at the attraction, resulting in the inability to enter, the admission ticket fee will be refunded. Neither the buyer nor the seller shall be held responsible. By placing an order, you agree to this term by default. Please consider carefully before booking if you have any concerns!

5. If the attraction cannot be visited due to force majeure factors such as weather or other reasons, the travel agency will refund travelers based on the agreed price between the travel agency and the attraction, not the listed price.

6. Access to Xuankong Temple is not guaranteed. Whether this route allows entry depends on the actual conditions of the attraction and the guide's arrangements on the day! (For any inquiries, please contact customer support.)

7. If unable to visit on the scheduled day, the package including temple entry ticket can be refunded for adult Xuankong Temple entry ticket fee of 100 CNY, student fee of 50 CNY. Alternatively, you may choose the transportation package (with self-booked admission ticket) or basic package. Upon arrival at the attraction, if visiting is possible, you may pay the guide on-site for the entry ticket supplement - 100 CNY for adults, 50 CNY for students.

To access Xuankong Temple, a shuttle bus is required to reach the attraction (mandatory fee: CNY 20 per person). Optional guide earpieces are available for rent at CNY 20 per person (full-day use). One-way electric cart service at Yungang Grottoes is available for CNY 10 per person (optional).

9. The above itinerary, including travel times and sequence, is for reference only and is subject to change based on the actual conditions on the day of travel.

10. Priority will be given to 2+1 luxury buses. If no 2+1 luxury buses are available, regular buses will be arranged. We appreciate your understanding!

The service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if there are fewer than 3 participants on the same day. We appreciate your understanding!

12. Reference time: Pick-up service in Datong Pingcheng District around 6:00 AM, the exact time will be notified by the guide; the guide reserves the right to adjust the departure time according to the attraction's peak and off seasons.

Meeting time: Around 06:10 for pickup within Pingcheng District, Datong (The travel agency will plan pickup routes based on guest locations. During peak holidays or if out of route, guests need to take a taxi to the meeting point at their own expense first, then get reimbursed by the agency).

End time: The tour typically concludes around 18:30 at Hualin New World, but the exact time is not guaranteed.

Disbanding locations: Hualin New World/Datong Railway Station Tonghe Grand Hotel entrance/Wanda Plaza.
