**first day**- Witness the power of the mighty Aira Force Waterfall.- Take as many photos as possible at Ullswater, known as “England’s Beautiful Lake”.- Relax in the market town of Keswick.- From Manchester, we drive north into the Lake District National Park, first to Ambleside, one of the most popular towns in the Lake District, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery in England. Here you will have time to explore and enjoy a Food and Beverages.- We then head to Kirkstone Pass for some photos. This is the highest motorable pass in the Lake District and you will love the views.- We then travel along the shores of Ullswater. Here we arrange a forest walk where you will see the spectacular Aira Force Waterfall.- The final stop of the day is another Standard Price sight as we take you to Friar's Crag, a spectacular headland overlooking Derwentwater.- You will take a short trip to the lively market town of Keswick where you will be transferred to your accommodation and free to explore this charming town. **the next day**- Marvel at the views on an optional boat trip on Lake Windermere.- Take a stroll through the cosy village of Hawkshead.- Enjoy peace and quiet at the Wordsworth Memorial Daffodil Garden.- The first stop of the day is truly a wonder. The mysterious Castlerigg Stonehenge is said to have been built over 5,000 years ago and was once an active centre of ancient pagan rituals.- After exploring the past, you'll follow narrow country lanes to Grasmere, which Wordsworth once described as "a lovely place discovered by man".- You will have free time to visit Wordsworth’s Dove Cottage, taste the legendary gingerbread, or enjoy the peace and quiet of Wordsworth Daffodil Garden beside the River Rothy.- Lunch time in the small town of Bowness-on-Windermere, the area is surrounded by lovely villages and has beautiful scenery. You may enjoy an optional boat trip on the lake, which is a truly wonderful way to take in the scenery.- That afternoon you continue exploring this wonderful area, including a stop at the Langdale Boulders where you may see a Some prehistoric rock art.- After a stop in the village of Hawkshead, you will return to Keswick in the evening. **DAY 3**- Take a leisurely walk along the shores of Ullswater.- Learn about the slate mines at Honister Mountain Pass.- It's the last day of your journey, but don't despair. There are still many adventures waiting for you today. You will follow the winding road past Crummock Water and Buttermere to Honister Mountain Pass.- Stopping in the hills you will have the opportunity to see the old slate workings where a small number of Standard Price still make a living.- Next is something that will make you stop and stare. The massive Bowder Stone fell 200 metres from Bowder Crag over 10,000 years ago. The stone is estimated to weigh 2,000 tonnes, is around 9 metres tall and 15 metres in diameter. Imagine the sound it made when it hit.- You will return to Keswick for a Food and Beverages before heading out for a walk along the beautiful shores of Ullswater.- The last major stop of the day is in the market town of Kendal. Here you have time to explore and enjoy the cobbled streets and rich heritage. From here you will return to Manchester.
