Excellent experience with the guides, especially José/Javier (JJ). From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. He also took great care of the group, maintained excellent organization, and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended, without a doubt. It was a great trip from the beginning to the end. Transportation was very comfortable, the driver was very good and the guide was very prepared, structured and professional. Arantxa knows a lot about the city history, monuments and important characters and was great in explaining to us about it. It was formidable.
