To check in, simply scan the bar/QR code on your ticket at the self-service kiosk
If you´re arriving by car, the nearest paid parking lot is about a 5-minute walk from our meeting point: https://maps.app.goo.gl/DcoFfLssh3v72xQ16
Pick-up/drop-off is NOT included. It can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
Weather plays a big role, and we may have to cancel the tour due to unfavorable conditions. In such cases, we'll notify you at least 2 hours before departure. You can also check the status of your tour on our website: www.icelanddiscover.is
The tour takes place in wild nature, so sightings can't be predicted or guaranteed. If there are no sightings, we don't provide refunds but offer a free return ticket (valid for up to three years, subject to availability).
Please keep in mind that if we have fewer passengers, we might need to operate on our smaller yacht Harpa instead of Amelia Rose. The Harpa offers the same amenities and comfort as the Amelia Rose.
Feel free to arrive early and enjoy a taste of Icelandic cuisine at the Old Harbour House! As our guest, you'll get 15% off the food menu. Simply show your activity voucher to claim your discount at the bar. The kitchen is open from 11:00 to 20:30.
Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.
Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
