Our guide, Philippe, explained all the important things in the main monuments to us in English. He was very clear despite our poor English.

The guide app was a bit confusing at the beginning because there is no explanation for certain parts and that was not explained. You certainly need more time in Versailles but this was a quick first traste of it.

Definitely the most wonderful day we had in a while. Totally worths every second spent. We can’t praise enough this special place and it’s staff. We travelled as a family with a partially disable elderly person. The care and attention we were given was amazing. If it hadn’t been for the staff we would not have been able to visit the whole domain. The possibility of renting little electric cars is great as this is massive estate to visit and, trust me, you don’t want to miss anything. There is also the little train available which stops at each attraction, it allows you to spend as much time there as you need and when you’re done you can hop on the next one. Really good food as well. Great day spent, lovely memories to last!!!

It was really great. The bus guide taught us a lot of different things, and the driver was very enthusiastic, but don't get too friendly with him, as he'll be asking for a tip at the end. Tipping is not mandatory.

Our guide, Anne Sophia, was outstanding, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of Versailles and the visited rooms, art and furnishings. Loved that we had a small group (it was winter). Our experience was very positive and we would recommend it to others thinking about a tour.

Biking the French streets to the Palace of Versailles was a truly fun day. Although it rained a bit off and on it did not dampen our spirits. Jo was the best- he was prepared for anything. Meeting place was clearly defined, Alex organized and off we went with Jo to experience the glorious past of French nobility
