We saw THREE of the four dolphin species that are in the area, thanks to our great guide! We saw SOOO many dolphins! The spinners were the best. They swam around the boat, played near the boat and even did a few of their spinning leaps out of the water to entertain us! We saw one large sea turtle floating in the open water.

This was such an incredible experience! We were picked up around 6:30 in the morning, then got a boat and went looking for Dolphins. All the similar tours work together to help find the Dolphins, and we lucked out and were able to find at least 500 Dolphins just swimming and frolicking together. Then they gave us life vests and snorkels and told us to jump in! The dolphins keep their distance but swim and jump around you. It was amazing. It also felt very respectful of the wildlife itself.

My friend and I had the most amazing time!! We love Juan and Oswaldo that work for Omar!! Juan assisted us in getting on to the boat and organising the groups of people and helping us as we finished up the tour and Oswaldo was our skipper! Juan is so lovely and so helpful, giving recommendations and genuinely wanting his guests to have a great time! Oswaldo was just as great and during our tour ensuring he translated everything so we felt included and understood. Within 10 minutes of getting out to the ocean we saw olive Ridley sea turtles then not long after a pod of dolphins! What I loved most is that Oswaldo explained we will finish up and move away from this pod after some good viewing time to respect the dolphins as some other boats were coming. We also saw manta rays and a sailfish leaping out of the water. 5 stars! The experience and the staff and no animal cruelty!

The ride to the hot springs is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I do wish the guide offered more explanation, guidance with the horses by leading us and more history of the springs but the hot springs themselves are very relaxing, well preserved and there is a river alongside of them if they feel too hot for you. Overall would highly recommend it’s a unique and beautiful experience!


