I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare. After watching the sunrise, I was given detailed explanations of the history of the area as we toured the various sites, and I think he was a great guide. Mr Bong Sim is our tuk tuk driver and our story teller ( tour guide) and he is very knowledgeable about all things cambodia! Hotel pickup was also punctual and he arrived earlier than pickup. extremely reliable! He also reminded us on the dos and donts while visiting the temple. Never have to worry about mineral water as he is always ready to provide us with endless supply! Will look for him again on my next trip here. I feel so welcomed in Cambodia, it is as if i am going to meet an old friend with Mr bong sim. 😊
