The local guide Freddie and driver Mr. Phong were reliable and shared fascinating stories about the culture and traditions of Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the delicious street food, tasting various local dishes that truly delighted our taste buds. The scenic views, especially around Hoan Kiem Lake, were absolutely breathtaking. I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.


