Your captain Kerry Lopez is recognized as the first female captain to own and operate whale watching activities along the South Pacific coast. Kerry's skilled, attentive, and friendly crew will ensure you have an unforgettable whale watching expedition. Enjoy a beautiful gourmet picnic while marveling at these magnificent gentle giants relaxing, breaching, blowing, and playing just meters away from the boat. Located a 30-minute drive north of Brisbane's CBD on the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula, we are delighted to offer guests a luxurious full-day whale watching activity aboard the magnificent vessel "Eye Spy." As an eco-certified company, we believe providing people the opportunity to witness these incredible creatures firsthand not only brings smiles to guests' faces but also raises awareness of nature's beauty and the need to protect our precious wildlife.
Departure and return times: Boarding starts at 9:00 AM, departing at 10:00 AM. Return to Redcliffe Jetty by 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM.

Whale watching standard seat: Random
Whale watching main deck window seats: Guaranteed premium window seats on the main deck (limited seats per trip) with unobstructed window views.
Whale watching VIP middle cabin class: Guaranteed VIP middle cabin class (limited to 25–30 guests per trip), located behind the captain's bridge, with priority lunch service for all VIP guests.
Hotel transfer package: Round-trip bus transfers from hotels in Brisbane's central business district. Many hotels are covered - select your hotel when booking. If your hotel isn't listed, contact our online customer service for recommendations on nearby pickup locations.
Age requirements
1. Children aged 4–14, free toddlers aged 0–3 (only for self-arranged pier packages, no meal service provided).
2. Children under 3 in packages with hotel transfers are not free and meals are not provided.
3. Children under 3 years old can ride for free but must sit on a parent/guardian's lap.
For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. Guests with health issues or who are pregnant must inform the booking staff. We will require medical documentation from a registered doctor or midwife to confirm fitness to travel.
6. Wheelchairs are allowed on board (please contact customer support before placing your order to arrange this service)

Departure and return times may vary by up to 30 minutes, as determined by the operator.
2. If you don't see any whales on your travel day, we'll provide you with a free cruise on the next departure.
3. If the cruise is canceled due to tidal and/or weather conditions, we will provide seats for the next available cruise or issue a full refund.
4. Please dress warmly and wear flat shoes. If you plan to stay on the outer deck of our ship for a while, you may need a light waterproof windbreaker.
5. If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, motion sickness pills are available on board.
6. The EYE SPY wheelchair (manual wheelchair) is allowed on board. The ship is equipped with restrooms for visitors with disabilities and an observation area with floor-to-ceiling windows. Passengers using wheelchairs must notify the booking staff at the time of reservation that they require assistance.
7. All cruises are subject to tides, weather conditions, and passenger numbers, and may be altered based on daily conditions without prior notice. We reserve the right to substitute vessels and/or captains and crew, and assume no liability for any death/injury or property damage/loss resulting from personal negligence.

5. In case of unexpected incidents without insurance, we will only assist in handling the situation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance on your own.
7. If the booking is canceled due to the supplier's fault, we will refund the full amount of the booking but will not provide additional compensation.
