Pick Up Information
- Present your voucher with your passport and IMEI Number when you pick up the SIM card
- XL Axiata Booth at International Arrival Hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
- Please refer to the map for assistance (Near the exit of baggage sterile area)
Activation Procedure
- XL Axiata Team will assist you to activation process
- Due to the Indonesian Government's policy, you need to show personal data (IMEI and passport details)
- Please check the IMEI Number via dial *#06#
- The activation process takes 5 - 10 minutes
- After activation, the package days are calculated based on natural days (the day of activation counts as 1 day).
