1. Dress code: Business casual.
Photography and video recording are not allowed during the performance.
3. Schönbrunn Palace concerts have no age restrictions. However, parents need to confirm that their children are able to participate in the concert. At the same time, they must also ensure that their children do not disturb other guests enjoying the music. We recommend children aged 8 and above attend.
4. After the concert, taxi service is available outside the Schönbrunn Palace Orangery. Alternatively, it's a 5–8 minute walk to the subway station (service available until midnight).
5. The performance time is 8:30 PM–10:15 PM, with ticket checks starting 30 minutes prior. On December 24, the performance starts at 3:00 PM, on December 31 at 7:00 PM, and on January 1, the New Year's concert has two time slots: 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
6. On most dates, the concert will be held in the Orangery at Schönbrunn Palace, while on a few dates it may take place in the Gallery Hall, White Gold Room, or other venues. Please refer to the actual arrangements at Schönbrunn Palace on your travel date.
