We were super lucky that we got to see Mt. Fuji in every spot! The tour itself felt a bit rushed at Arakurayama Sengen Park because by the time we hiked up to the Pagoda (only about 15 min without stopping), there was a massive lineup to get the picture-perfect shot of Mount Fuji with the Pagoda. We had to forego that and just hike back down. The stop at Oishi Park was also too short - just enough time to line up for the famous ice cream (DEFINITELY A MUST-TRY) and then to take one picture of the mountain before we had to get back on the bus. The lunch stop was a reasonable amount of time along with the Traditional Village. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone thinking about seeing Mount Fuji from different views (and make sure to get the "with meal" option)! The noodle dish was delicious and much better than just convenience store food that you would need to buy yourself if you booked the "No Meal" option.
