1. If a passenger weighs over 94 kg, our team must be notified in writing prior to the skydiving date. The following weight surcharges will apply (payable on-site): 94 kg – 104 kg = 55.00 AUD; 105 kg – 114 kg = 80.00 AUD; 115 kg and above = 105.00 AUD. (Prices are subject to change without notice, please confirm on-site).

2. Any pre-existing or current medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses must be reported to the Australian Skydiving Association prior to the skydiving date. During check-in, we will also inquire about your health status and may require an assessment by our safety officer. If necessary, please bring a doctor's note confirming your fitness to participate in skydiving. We are obligated to inform you that if you experience cold or flu symptoms, sinus issues, or ear balance problems on the day of your skydive, it may lead to further health complications during or after the activity.

3. No alcohol or "recreational" drugs are allowed within 8 hrs prior to skydiving. For the safety of all customers and staff, SA reserves the right to refuse participation to any customer suspected of intoxication or impaired judgment, with no refund.

Do not participate in deep-sea scuba diving within 24 hours before skydiving. Do not smoke within 8 hours before skydiving.

5. For the safety of all passengers and in accordance with skydiving regulations, the use of all electronic devices, including personal cameras and video equipment, is prohibited at any time during the flight or skydiving process. SA is not responsible for any personal items (including glasses or clothing) lost during skydiving.

6. Skydiving is highly weather-dependent and has a high cancellation probability. Please call to confirm availability 24 hrs in advance. However, please understand that you may still arrive at the drop zone only to be informed that the skydiving activity cannot proceed due to weather conditions.

7. Individuals who have undergone various surgeries or have implants are not recommended to participate in skydiving. If in doubt, please consult a medical professional for advice.

8. We recommend wearing loose, casual clothing such as sportswear, jeans, or sweatpants. You must wear fully enclosed shoes like running shoes or sneakers. Due to COVID-19, we currently cannot provide any shared clothing. If the weather is cold, please bring your own sweater and long pants. If you're skydiving during colder months, we suggest wearing gloves and very warm clothing.

9. We recommend removing all loose items, including dentures or braces, before skydiving.

10. Can I wear glasses or contact lenses when skydiving? Yes! We have goggles suitable for your glasses/contact lenses, allowing you to enjoy the epic views. However, if you wear contact lenses, please inform your instructor.

11. What if it's windy or rainy on the skydiving day? Don't worry - if the weather is unfavorable on your scheduled day, we'll reschedule you for another date that works for you! We'll make the decision based on weather conditions on the skydiving day. We conduct daily weather assessments and will notify you on the same day if cancellation or postponement is necessary. If we need to cancel or postpone for any reason, you can reschedule for another day within 12 months. If you're unable to reschedule due to leaving your state or country, a refund can be arranged.

The number of people we can accommodate on a single aircraft may vary depending on the location you choose and available facilities. Each aircraft can hold 5 to 9 tandem skydiving groups. However, this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on instructor availability. We will make every effort to have your group jump together.

13. In the rare event that the parachute does not fully or correctly deploy, your instructor will release the canopy and deploy the reserve parachute.

14. We have a strict policy that does not allow any pregnant individuals to participate in skydiving.

15. Is insurance required for skydiving? The skydiving fee already includes personal accident insurance, providing you with medical coverage of up to AUD 50,000.

16. If you have recently been injured, undergone surgery, have physical limitations, or any mobility issues, please inform us. If you have epilepsy or any heart condition, please notify us. This may mean you cannot participate in skydiving. We are obligated to inform you that if you have cold or flu symptoms or sinus congestion on the day of skydiving, it may lead to further health complications during or after the activity. Please be aware and consider carefully before signing up.
