Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Children can play with their families, but cannot drive alone.

2. Children aged 13 and above can drive ATVs independently.

3. Insurance covers medical expenses for individuals aged 6-65 (Maximum IDR 50,000,000).

4. The 1-hour route does not pass by waterfalls or caves.

5. ATV 250cc (same vehicle for single and tandem bikes)

6. If you book between 08:30 and 09:00, please arrive at the venue no later than 08:45 (15-minute coach introduction).

Arrive no later than 10:15, between 10:00 and 10:30.
11:30-12:00, latest arrival 11:45.
13:30-14:00 (latest arrival 13:45)
Arrive no later than 3:15 PM, between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

7. Rafting: Children under 5 years old cannot participate; children aged 5-65 years old can participate.
