We arrived around 14:00, there were very long queues. They definitely communicate with you as soon as you book and explain where they'll meet you. Just be mindful it's not just outside the gate when elyou exit the aircraft like other places. Overall we didn't wait long at immigration, however we did wait forever for our luggage which might be counterintuitive. However, if you want to skip the queues and wait for your luggage, then this is for you.

The guide was very friendly. However, I personally think it would be more cost-effective to just grab a Grab and buy a separate ticket. The ride wasn't great, and we had to pay for cafes and massages separately because we had to avoid heavy rain. The local food they prepared wasn't very appealing either... The guide was very friendly, so I feel bad about writing a bad review. But that's my personal opinion.

I tried this and it's truly a miracle. Waiting in line for immigration is so tedious and exhausting, but with a fast track pass, I can just get through! Isn't this a great deal for the price? I plan to apply for it every time I visit Vietnam!


