When going from the airport to the city in the early morning, the waiting time is more than 30 minutes, so it is a bit difficult, but there are no other problems. The price is reasonable, so traffic is a hindrance when traveling during the day, and there is a waiting time at night.

My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe. We bought a roundtrip ticket. The QR code worked all four times: at the airport express entrance, at the exit at KL Sentral, at the entrance to KL Sentral, and at the exit at KUL Airport Terminal 2.

This is a convenient option if you're arriving in another country and want to avoid changing money at the airport (at a discounted rate) and get straight into the city. You'll need to transfer by metro. The instructions detail where to go at the airport to exchange your electronic voucher for a plastic card. The card is valid only within KL (if, for example, you want to go to the Batu Caves, you'll have to pay separately from this card, as commuter trains aren't included in the price).


