I must give our tour guide, Mr. Mu, a five-star rating! The entire route was exceptionally well-planned, avoiding detours and rushing. His explanations at each attraction were packed with valuable information; he didn't just recite lines but also shared many local historical anecdotes and hidden gems, making the tour captivating. When elderly people or children fell behind, he would proactively slow down to help with luggage and find rest areas – incredibly thoughtful. Furthermore, there was absolutely no hard selling; it was a truly immersive experience. I'll definitely use him again next time I'm here!★

I enjoyed the tour. The bus was comfortable, large, and clean. The guide was cheerful. Unfortunately, due to traffic, we were behind schedule and didn't have time to visit the old summer palace, and it was already dark when we arrived at the summer palace. But that didn't ruin the day. Many thanks to the guide. Everything was wonderful!★

Our driver, Wang Wenkuan, was very kind and helpful and accompanied us to the entrance gate. The only downside was that he didn't speak English, even though it was stated in the advertisement, and he had to use a translator to communicate with us, but that wasn't his fault.
