Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

The audio commentary will not be broadcasted through loudspeakers; therefore, we kindly ask you to bring and use your own earphones. We also recommend that you arrive and start your tour with a fully charged device.
Dear Guests! If you are late for your pre-booked program, we can guarantee the rebooking, subject to availability, for an additional surcharge of 50% of the original price, payed on the spot.
