The meeting point was difficult to find. As a result, we arrived late, but luckily we were able to join the tour an hour later. The correct meeting point is at the Ritz Hotel, about 5-10 minutes away from the posted location. The tour itself was good. Our guide told us a lot of interesting information about London, some of which was new to us.★

The boats arrived on time and boarding was very easy; everything was well signposted (once you know you're looking for "city cruises"). The staff was extremely friendly and gave us a warm welcome. However, the promised "crew commentary" turned out to be nothing more than pre-recorded loudspeaker announcements that neither my aunt nor I could fully understand, and which were more of a nuisance than a help on the return trip. Not all the piers were visited; we had planned to disembark at the Festival/London Eye Pier on the return journey, but the boat didn't stop there. Since we didn't want to go any further than Westminster, we got off just to be safe. Unfortunately, this wasn't very well signposted or explained. All in all, it was a wonderful boat trip that we both thoroughly enjoyed. The sights were phenomenal, even in the rain, from the Thames, and we would gladly book it again.
