How to use
Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• Please note that you are responsible to arrive to the meeting point of the tour in time for your glacier adventure. The meeting point for this tour is at Solheimajokull Parking lot by the big yellow school bus. Please meet us there no later than 15 minutes prior to your departure.
• The departure time for your adventure tour is stated at the top of this ticket, right above the cancellation policy. Distance from Reykjavik approx. 164 km / 101 mi. GPS 63°31'00.48N, 19°22'00.12W(WGS84).
• The tour duration is approx 3 hours (1-1,5 on ice).

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Minimum age of 8, and minimum shoe size of EUR 35
Sturdy hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory (available to rent for a fee if needed)
The tour is rated as easy - no prior experience is needed but guests must be able to walk ~3km over uneven terrain
Please note that our specialized glacier crampons are only available for shoe sizes 35-50 EU. Those with a shoe size beyond these are unfortunately unable to participate.
