How to use
[eSIM Installation]
※ iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later: Install with one tap via the Trip.com app. Please ensure both the app and iOS are up to date.
 
• iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Cards → Add eSIM (Menu names may vary by device)
 
[Using the eSIM]
1. Turn off mobile data on your physical SIM. Set the eSIM as default for mobile data.
2. Enable data roaming on the eSIM.
3. If internet or hotspot isn't working, check APN settings and restart your phone.
4. For unstable or slow connection: toggle Airplane Mode, or manually select a supported carrier.

• iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → [Your eSIM] → Mobile Data Network → APN: everywhere
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIM Cards → [Your eSIM] → Access Point Names → Tap "+" (top right) → APN: everywhere→ Save
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note

• This product is issued by CMLink UK and connects to the official EE network in the UK. Some devices may display "CMLINK".

Ensure a stable internet connection during the eSIM installation process.

eSIM supports only a single download and installation. Do not transfer, cancel, or delete it; if an error occurs during installation, contact customer service for assistance.

When using the eSIM outside the UK, make sure data roaming is enabled.

If you are unable to make calls, please make sure that VoLTE is enabled on your phone to ensure normal voice calls.

Once the eSIM is successfully activated, the system will automatically send an SMS notifying you of the eSIM phone number; no manual check is required. To check your phone number or remaining data again, send “check” to 10086.

Internet speed may vary depending on the local carrier, terrain, buildings, crowd, or weather. If 5G is not supported locally, the system will automatically switch to 4G/LTE.
