I did three tours during my visit to Marrakesh and this was by far my favourite. As a young woman solo travelling I had heard about the possible dangers of exploring the souks alone so I wanted to do a guided tour and especially at night as I knew the souks really came alive then. Plus I had done another more general tour the previous day that covered the main aspects of the souks but I wanted to dive deeper and learn all about haggling and the real history of the souks. This is exactly what I received and more. Mo was such a kind, friendly and bubbly tour guide who was an expert on all things souks, Marrakesh and Morocco. I learned the most from Mo out of all my time in Marrakesh and he really gave us an interactive and eye opening exploration of every element of the souks, from the artisans underneath, to haggling tips, to the background to the design of the rooftop and more. I truly felt blessed to be shown around by such a knowledgeable local - and a ending with a full meal too!Trip.com Picks
