Please arrive at least 15 minutes early according to your e-ticket information. Do not be late!
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
1. Lunch must be booked in advance (no on-site additions available). If needed, please purchase it when placing your order! All cruises can add a Western-style seasonal bento box (sample items: sandwich, cookies, chocolate bar, chips, fruit, and water). Hot buffet is only available for cruises departing at 12:15 PM and 1:15 PM.
2. If you haven't pre-booked lunch, you can bring your own meals. Only simple snacks are available for purchase on-site. The ship has a coffee bar and a licensed bar.
3. Important! The Queenstown i-SITE Visitor Center will be temporarily closed from September 22 to October 5. The new temporary meeting point is Discover Queenstown (38 Ballarat Street, at the corner of The Mall and Camp Street). All travelers during September 22–October 5 must check in at the new meeting point.
