A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. 👍🏻★

Tour guide Milton was friendly, experienced and shared many interesting information during the ride about the places we were going. Worth it as you get to see different places and especially the Grand Canyon West. Amazing view.★

Andrew was a great host, very informative with just enough humor to keep it fun! Bernice was an excellent driver! The pair made the day seamless, and as an added bonus, we got to get off at the Joshua Tree Forest.
