Booking this tour through Ctrip provided excellent service. Any issues could be directly addressed to customer service, with prompt responses. The tour was English-speaking, and everyone except us was a foreigner. The guide was also a local. Hiking the glacier was quite challenging, and the guide provided excellent and professional guidance beforehand. The scenery was indeed beautiful, but it was very cold, and the weather changed rapidly.★

The experience was pretty good, but the blue ice cave we actually saw was a bit small. However, the scenery along the way was quite nice. Although hot chocolate was not provided, the tour guide was very professional and the staff at the counter were very patient in helping us. Overall it was very good!★
