Departure points in San Francisco: 8.40am Union Square (478 Post Street) or 9.00am Fisherman's Wharf (2805 Leavenworth Street). Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour will depart on time without any delays.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
