How to use
You will confirm your pickup time and location in Cairo directly with the local operator. If you live in Cairo but not in a hotel, pickup will be from the nearest main square to your home.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know in advance:
- there's a minimum of 2 adult tickets per booking for activation of the shared tour
- children under the age of 6 might need to sit on their parent's lap in case there are no child seats available
- the boat tour and submarine is about a shared tour experience
- please confirm your pickup place and time directly with the local tour operator (contact details in the info voucher you'll receive after booking); be aware that tour's duration and pickup time are approximate and can be subject to change due to operational conditions and your hotel's location

- a valid ID or passport
- please note it's better not to wear jewelry on this trip
- you're recommended to wear comfortable clothes, with long trousers, and shoes; you're also suggested to bring a bottle of water with you as well as some snacks and cash
