I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.

Mel was good and informative. She paid attention to the customer’s taste and making sure we were well catered for. She explained the lyrics of the Fado so were not left out. She made my birthday extra special and the highlight was when the Fado singers sung happy birthday to me. Made me feel special.

With so many sunset tours to choose from we chose this one as it was a smaller group tour. We definitely weren’t disappointed! The other people due to join the tour had to rearrange last minute meaning we were lucky enough that this became a private tour. Our captain Pedro was brilliant! He gave us great information, chatted to us, but also gave us space to just soak up the view and enjoy the moment. Seeing the Belém tower and the padrao dos descobrimentos from the river was brilliant as it meant we got great photos without the crowds and a totally different viewpoint to appreciate them. The sunset was beautiful and definitely not to be missed. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
