Pick up available from Da Nang Airport or Ba Na Hills. Please provide pickup address during booking. Your driver will hold a sign with your name, be ready for your transfer 15 mins prior to the pickup time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Over time (per hour): 7/7/14 USD for 4/7/16 seats transport (pay to transfer operator)
- Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 6/7/9 USD for 4/7/16 seats transport (pay to transfer operator)

- Waiting time: For International flights - 90 minutes; For Domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
