Cheaper than getting it at the station. Online purchase is quick and easy. There was a long queue in Ueno station on the way back to Narita airport. The queue is for cash purchase and ticket collection with QR code. Approximately took around half an hour to get the paper tickets. You can choose the departure time, cabin and seats. Suggestively to get your paper tickets at least an hour before. Also, you may buy food to eat on board.

The directions to the venue was not clear with a photo of a wall and road sign. No clear directions of what to look out for or what shops were nearby. Luckily a local helped us.

It was so fun and amazing! Me and my 2 year old had a great time. The guide was the best! Literally. She is so nice and patient. She is amazing with children. Good kimonos and good prices. Recommend 10/10!
