The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.â

OK! Kenny team! The young, cute, and energetic tour guides were cheerful and friendly. The one-day tour was full of attractions, and the explanations and consideration for travelers during the trip were excellent. The Chang An boat tour was several times better than Ha Long Bay, and I created truly precious memories with my family. Thank you, Kenny.â

Had a great time in Ninh Binh. Such a beautiful part of the world, even on an overcast day. Appreciated that the 3 main parts of the tour were scheduled in a way to get the most of the weather and smaller crowds. The boat tour of Trang An was definitely the favourite part of the tour. The lunch buffet was plentiful. Nothing felt rushed throughout the day. Be sure to take snacks with you. The bus stops on both the way to Ninh Binh and back;however, you get sent through a shop of pricey local goods and trinkets, before getting to the cafe selling hot drinks and sandwiches. Ryan was our fantastic tour guide, keeping us well-informed and looked after with his great knowledge of the area and humourous interactions.îĽ
