If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 45% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

If you have specific requirements, please contact the property after your booking is confirmed to make arrangements. 2. We have multiple apartments and villas (multi-property check-in locations), so the exact check-in location and room style will be assigned by the property after booking.
