Reviews: Lisbon: Fado Show and Portuguese Dinner
Guest User2026-01-28
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Melissa/Mel was a great guide. She is professional and highly knowledgeable of Fado music. She told us a lot about it and explained lyrics of the songs. The music and the restaurant we went to was very nice and they had a tasty vegan/veggie option for me. The dinner was delicious overall, as well as wine/ginja and it was the best introduction to Lisbon for me. I liked that when singers sang we were having a break from talking but also there was a space for talking when singers made breaks.

My visit to the Amalia Rodríguez exhibition far exceeded my expectations. For music lovers, it was a great delight from beginning to end.
Reviews: Fado in Chiado - Live Show in Lisbon on Stage for over 15 Years
Guest User2025-12-28
The guitar players were absolutely mindblowingly fantastic. The singers had beautiful voices. This is not a traditional Fado in a tavern, this is in an auditorium. Personally I felt that the singers could have been dressed better, their clothes were creased and the nothing at all special considering this was a show in a theatre. The website said we would be given a class of wine but we wernt. Maybe that was due to the time of year. Still a nice experience to hear lovely voices and experience a Fado whilst in Lisbon and to hear fantastic guitar music. Ticket prices was €21. There is merchandise available at the end of the show too. The show lasts approximately 50 mins and there are toilets in the auditorium. Its on the 2nd floor of the venue, the escalators wernt working but the lifts were.
Reviews: Lisbon: Dolphin Watching with Marine Biologist

It was perfect! We saw over 100 dolphins, a whale, and a sunfish. The boat ride was also great fun, especially jumping over the waves. (If it gets too rough, a hand signal is all it takes, and they slow down.) If you're prone to seasickness, this tour isn't for you, as you're on a small boat. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! 👍👍
Reviews: Jurassic Hiking tour to footprints of dinosaur in Espichel Cape
Guest User2024-07-26
First of sall I have to thank Andre for his flexibility in organising, then having to re-orgainse, our trip. The coastal situation of Cape Espichel is very dramatic with the sauropod and theropd footprints (and tail drag markings!) combing to give a memorable visit. Afterwards Sesimbra castle is situated on a hilltop giving spectacular views especially to the south towards the small fishing resort of Sesimbra where you can take lunch. Andre was very enthusiatic and knowledgeable giving information on the plants as we walked the tracks towards the foorprints and was always keen to let us see the best parts in this area.
