Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love. The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated. The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable. We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!

Vanessa was a very knowledgeable and great guide! We did the 5 hour walking tour with her, and even though it was so cold, her warm personality and enthusiasm for the Forbidden City kept us going! Highly recommend doing this tour (especially with Vanessa) to get the most out of FC.

Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. However, after buying this eSIM, not only did it solve my internet problems, but it also allowed me to use the internet in China very quickly and cheaply. I was very lucky to meet Mr. Liu. It happened that today only our family made an appointment to explain, and the group class changed VIP one-to-one in seconds, and the service was immediately upgraded. Teacher Liu explained vividly and interestingly, there are questions and answers, adults have increased a lot of knowledge, children have not much knowledge reserves but listen to it, the teacher also recommended a lot of very good seats, quack out the picture, brush the circle of friends, recommend Mr. Liu, come next time~

Excellent and informative tour around the Summer Palace and its gardens. Susan was an excellent guide, lots of great information and all very clear. Would highly recommend this tour to give you the history of this great palace and its gardens. To note, lots of walking and it’s 200 steps up if you want to go to the highest point. If you can face the steps do it as the views from the top are stunning!
