Disclaimer reasons
1. Passengers must ensure they are in good health with no discomfort before boarding. If passengers conceal their health conditions and subsequently experience illness or physical harm during the flight, they agree to release the operator from any liability.
2. During the flight, passengers must follow the instructions of the crew. Otherwise, passengers will be responsible for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.
3. If a passenger causes damage to the aircraft or other property, or personal injury, they shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
4. In case of force majeure factors such as weather or air traffic control leading to flight schedule changes or cancellations, it shall not be considered a breach by the operator. The specific activity date will be subject to staff notification, and customer support will reconfirm with passengers one day before the activity.
5. The duration and departure time of each flight may occasionally deviate due to force majeure factors such as visibility, wind speed, and wind direction. Flight delays, early departures, or extended durations are normal circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
