A staff member will contact you by phone or WeChat to confirm your itinerary before 20:00 (local time) on the day prior to your trip. Please ensure your registered phone number is reachable (may be delayed until 22:00 during holidays). If you are not contacted within the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided in the confirmation message or contact customer support.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
