• You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation and e-voucher upon successful booking.
• Local operator will contact you one day before departure date to discuss the timing of when you will use the service
• The price does not include transportation. If you want to use the transportation service, please contact us, and we will provide a quote and arrange a vehicle for you
• Opening hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and stops accepting guests at 4:30 PM.

Important note
Ticket sales and guest reception close at 4:30 PM daily.
During the New Year holiday on January 1, 2025, and the Lunar New Year from January 30 to February 2, 2025 (from the 2nd to the 5th day of the Lunar Calendar), as well as other holidays such as April 30 - May 1 (specific details outlined in the contract appendix), a 10% surcharge will apply to Massage and Restaurant services.
