We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.

You can communicate beforehand via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary and whether there are any extra charges. The driver will also confirm with you the night before, open the car door for you, and wait in the parking lot to appear at any time.
