Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

You can also get picked up from anywhere in Koh Samui.
An extra charge will be applied for transfer in some Koh Samui areas. (To be advised)
The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking
Get picked up from your hotel on Koh Samui located near the main road.
If you are staying on the hill, you have to come to a nearby hotel or meeting point
Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
