• Pickup is available for all hotels within Ao Nam Mao, Ao Nang, Ao Nang Soi 8, or Krabi Town.
• The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
• If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
• If you stay in Ton Sai, please attend the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang.
• If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
• Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Know before you go

• Child ticket age between 2-11 years
• Passengers can carry personal luggage on car and/or boat up to a maximum total permitted weight must not exceed 20 kilograms (twenty kilograms) per person
• If a passenger wishes to carry other luggage on car and/or boat more than the specified weight, Passengers must pay for the next piece of baggage at 200 baht each
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
