I needed to contact the provider before the meeting, but I couldn't use my phone, so I asked Trip.com to contact them. We were able to meet at the meeting point without any problems. Trip.com's customer support responded quickly, and the guide was also very nice, so it was a lot of fun! Before arriving, we stopped in a town with a cafe, so we were able to enjoy the town's atmosphere along the way! :)★

We love it! The highlight is in George Walk. It should be spending more time there. We managed to spot humpback whales, bottle nose dolphins, turtles and kangaroo during the walk. Amazing.
We enjoyed the Koala spotted at brown lake and random residential areas. Great to see the coexistence between people and wildlife here.
Katie has been really great and helpful. You can see she is really giving her best. She made effort by asking us to write our song and she try to find and played in the transfer. Thanks very much Katie.Trip.com Picks
