Therefore, the waiting time for processing documents and crossing the border can be quite long, possibly up to 3-4 hours or longer. Please be prepared both mentally and physically.

As a service provider, travel agencies have no right to interfere with the administrative processes of government departments such as customs and border inspection (including the speed of document processing and the quantity of open windows). If the processing time for documents or customs clearance is long, please be patient.

The application for the "Exit-Entry Permit of the People's Republic of China" requires an in-person interview, approval, and permit production as required by the Exit-Entry Hall of the Public Security Bureau. The queuing duration, approval process, and permit production are subject to the requirements of the permit processing hall.

Queuing at customs is normal: When entering or leaving a port of entry, the inspection process and time of customs and border control depend on the passenger flow and the efficiency of official work at that time. Queuing is a normal phenomenon. The time delay caused by this is not our responsibility, and we will not handle any complaints arising therefrom.

The following areas are temporarily ineligible for cross-border travel permits: Hong Kong, Macau, Xinjiang, Xizang, Qinghai; Laishui County and Zhuolu County in Hebei Province; Changle City, Lianjiang County, Mawei District, and Pingtan County under Fuzhou City in Fujian Province; Gongqingcheng, Hukou County, and Duchang County under Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province; Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County in Tianshui City and Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County in Wuwei City in Gansu Province; Aba Tibetan (Qiang) Autonomous Prefecture and its subordinate counties in Sichuan Province; and Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and its subordinate counties.
