How to use
This activity includes pick-up from hotels in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach. You'll indicate your pick-up location at checkout. If you stay at Railay Beach, pick-up service is offered from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, which is just a 15-minute-long tail boat ride from Railay East. If you stay at Tonsai Beach, please go to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Than Bok Khorani National Park entrance fee of 300 THB per adult and 150 THB per child to be paid in cash
Know in advance:
- The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after booking
- At checkout, please indicate if you have any food allergies or intolerances
- It's recommended to wear a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkelling
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 2 years or people with back or neck problems
Remember to bring:
- A towel, waterproof bag, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip-flops and a camera
- Protective clothing such as water shoes and long swimwear
