Comfortable experience end to end - from the app booking, confirmation of details via WhatsApp from Harry, punctual pick up by the driver Nguyen who also drove fast (very efficient) and still safely. Highly recommend this service, if I am back in Vietnam I won’t hesitate to book them again.

The bus is comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed linens are definitely washed before the trip, as everything smelled of air conditioning. It's a bit hard to sleep at night, though, as you can feel every bump and turn, but that's a drawback of the mode of transport itself, not this particular company. Overall, the experience was still positive.


