Xi’an is such an interesting city and Sally did an amazing job at bringing its history and culture to life. The Terracotta Army is one of the most incredible things we’ve ever seen. We could not have had a better time and we loved spending the day with Sally. Would 100% recommend this tour

This trip was great. The tour guide is very experienced and great on explaining the historical details with many fun facts. It was a very hot day, our tour guide skillfully organized my trip to avoid crowds and minimize long walks under the sun. Overall, My family had a great day of touring the historical city of Xi'an. While in Xi’an, my partner and I wanted to see the Terracotta Army but from our research understood there is minimal English explanations and opted to book a group Tour. This particular tour stood out on Trip.com for its excellent reviews and being affordable. Once booked I was immediately contacted by the tour company giving very clear instructions on where to meet and how to get there, and informing us who our guide would be. We arrived a met our guide Louis who was very approachable, friendly yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. His English was excellent and the ear pieces he provided for the tour were top quality. There were 6 of us in total, but he hosts up to 8 on a tour, still being much smaller than most other tours. He gave us excellent photo opportunities, took group pictures, answered all our questions relating to the Army and wider Xi’an and Chinese history. This was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it to get the best out of your day.

We booked an 8 persons tour for Terracota Army and Lishan Garden (Mausoleum Site Park of Emperor Qin Shi Huang), but we ended up with a private tour. The operator was in permanent contact wiih us on WeChat since we booked the tour. It would have difficult to cover the whole area as a foreigner. Our guide Amy was amazing - very knowledgeable, speaking excellent English and explaining everything in details, it was a pleasure to talk to her. I highly recommend the tour with her. Additionally, we were changing the hotels during the day and our drop off point was different than the pick up point - it was no problem, the operator was happy to support us and Amy personally went at the reception and helped us with the check in. All in all, a wonderful experience!
