Meet your tour at Pier Old Town (Marco-Feingold-Steg), please redeem your ticket 20 minutes before departure at the ticket office.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Tour is available in English and German
- Audio-guides in Hellbrunn Palace are available in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese
- Audio-guides in the London double-decker bus are available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabian
- In the case of adverse boat-driving conditions (for example storm, high or low water), the trip to Hellbrunn instead of the boat with the historic London double-decker bus
- This tour is not suitable for mobility-impaired visitors
- Infants (age 0-3) participate for free
- If the boat trip is not possible due to weather conditions or technical problems, the organizer reserves the right to carry out the tour entirely with the London double-decker bus or to cancel it completely, in this case no refund possible
