It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

Absolutely PHENOMENAL cruise! The weather was sunny so there weren’t as many waterfalls. The cruise was smooth! The captain was knowledgeable and funny. He had very good control of the boat and got us right up into the falls or right up to the sea lions. Refreshments for all. Plenty of seating, wasn’t overbooked, free to move about the boat to get the view you’re seeking. I highly recommend wearing waterproof clothes and sitting at the bow. ★

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★
