Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 15 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 15 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Pier transfer policy for this itinerary:

1. If in Ao Nang area: free transfer;

2. If in Krabi Town, Klong Muang, or Ao Nang areas: there is an additional transfer fee of 500 THB;

3. If it's Railay Peninsula: Depart for the Four Islands tour with complimentary longtail boat transfer;

4. If it's Railay Peninsula: There is a 900 THB longtail boat transfer fee for the trip to Ko Hong.
